Golden State Warriors traded Montal Ellis, Ekep Udoh and a draft pick for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson

The Golden State Warriors have agreed in principle to trade guard Monta Ellis and two players to the Milwaukee Bucks for center Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

The Warriors will send forward Ekpe Udoh and injured center Kwame Brown to the Bucks as part of a package for Bogut, one of the NBA’s most talented – but also often-injured – centers. The deal will be officially completed later Tuesday night, one executive involved in the trade said. - via NBA

Winners :

Mark Jackson
After failing to get Dwight Howard or DeAndre Jordan to aid their Center Spot, Moving their Main Scorer Montal Ellis and Prospect Ekep Udoh  and an injured Kwame Brown for a Legitimate NBA Center and their former player Stephen Jackson is now their best move as they turned Steph Curry as a legit franchise player while Stephen Jackson can be a leader to the young squad. With this acquisition, the defensive liabilities of the team can be fill by Andrew Bogut, but the question here is that, is he healthy enough to bring home the Ws for the Warriors  ?

Stephen Curry
With the departure of Monta Ellis, Steph curry will be the new franchise player of the organization. Ellis takes around 15-to-30 shots per ball game which was always a hindrance in Steph Curry's full time development. We he step up?

Klay Thompson
As the shooting guard position now vacated by Ellis, Thompson will be now the focal point of that position. His deadly outside shooting and high percentage jump shot might aid the 20+ points average of ellis but his defense is still a suspect.

David Lee
With the arrival of a legitimate center on their team, Lee may now focus on the offensive side of the ball game and the departure of Ekep Udoh will increase his playing time even more .

Andrew Bogut
As he team-up with Curry, Bogut now can play more of the offensive side with some pick rolls and drop passes from Curry which he did not have from a scoring point guard Brandon Jennings.

Losers:

Ersan Ilyasova
with his career season on the go, the arrival of ekep udoh might lessen his minutes per ball game as they both play the same position.

Brandon Jennings
Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings cant co-exist after all, both of them are effective only with a ball on their hand and thats period.

Bucks
The Center position will be their main problem as they only have 1 legit center in their team.

Arnol Clavio's biased comment over the Azkals Controversy in Unang Hirit

GMA Veteran Journalist and Broadcaster Arnold Clavio  started his day with a bang! after a bias and unreasonable comment about the alleged controversy circulating against the Philippine Azkals , who were involved from previous scandal starting from Niel Ethirdge and company to the duo of Lexton Moy and Angel Guirardo against former Philippine Olympic Commitee President and the Daughter of Fidel V Ramos , Cristy Ramos.

It started after Rhea Santos reported the win of azkals against the Tajikistan in AFC Challenge Cup despite the controversy .

Arnold Clavio immediately replied with
"Eh talagang ano na, aral na sa inyo 'yan eh. Ang yayabang n'yo 'kala n'yo... Porke't dinadagsa kayo ng mga fan, ang guguwapo n'yo eh. Parang uh.. 'God's gift to women'."

"Alam mo lahat ginawa para ipaalam na may babaeng papasok sa locker, ilang katok nga sila eh. Eh malapit na 'yung match eh. Kailangan ma-check na 'yung dalawang kuponan. Dahil nauna 'yung Philippine team, bago yung Malaysian team."

Clavio was refereng to the Incident were Lexton Moy allegedly told cristy ramos has a "Cup B" referring to here bra size while Angel Guirardo allegedly talk to her wearing only his briefs.

Greg Walker to Lindsey Walker : College Basketball Player turned to be the biggest Transsexuall

A 7-foot former basketball star from Ohio is undergoing a sex change. He will apparently become the tallest transsexual in the world.

The Biggest or should i say tallest transsexual as of today was actually a 7-foot former Basketball star from Ohio . Linsey Walker, formerly known as Greg Walker  was a high level basketball player and was known to be a women's man and chased by dozens of girls before.

But when he reached his early 20s, Greg Walker felt uncomfortable with his some of the usual things he does and also he found his clothes akward back then .

"By 21 I had hit my rock bottom and I started having emotional problems and turned to drink."

"Then one day it just clicked and I knew what I had to do. I started wearing women's clothes and later turned to female hormones to suppress the testosterone in my body."

He became increasingly isolated and changed his name from Greg to Lindsey. Lindsey then poured her heart out in a letter to her supportive parents explaining she had always felt and wanted to be a woman.

The acceptance gave Lindsey the confidence to start wearing women's clothes and undergo a course of female hormones to become more 'womanly'.

Lindsey is legally classified as a woman and is now saving up for full gender reassignment surgery, which she hopes to have by the end of the year or early 2013.

Her supportive parents have accepted her decision although Lindsey is estranged from her younger brother.

J.R. Smith with NSFW Twitter picture

NBA's and New York Knicks Guard J.R. Smith was slapped with a $25,000 fine after he posted a Twitpic of her girlfriend model Tahiry Jose with an expose a** (who was actually wearing a tong ) which he said that it was blocking his way on watching a game.
Smith expressed regret on Friday night following the initial (and, compared to what's going to come down, quite slim) uproar over his picture, telling this to assembled New York NBA scribes:
"I didn't know it would turn into a big deal,'' Smith said of the photo. "I definitely regret it. Whenever it takes away from our team, I regret it. It wasn't the smartest move."

The 10th round proved to be the decisive one as the two men throws a lot of punches even though their respective staminas had started to caught them . Juan Ma started a baraged of hard hitting power shots while Solido replied with some precise shots to the head which eventually caught Juan Ma on the dying seconds(30 seconds)  of the bout.

FOOTBALL: Azkals succumbed to superior North Korea with a score 0-2

Philippine National Football team started their campaign with lose in the opener of AFC Challenge Cup to the reining AFC Challenge Cup North Korea in Kathmandu Nepal.

The Azkals held the 2010 FIFA World Cup veteran to a nil-nil score just before the 57th minute of the game after the North Korean captain Pak Nam Chol maneuvered his way through the goal on a header of a cross by Jong-Il Gwan.  The North Koreans scored again on the 67th minute of the game after the Fullham FC second Goal Keeper Niel Etheridge had the ball slipped through him allowing Jang Kuk Chol to score.

my point :

Based on their performance , Azkals had dramatically improved since the arrival of Niel Etheridge  who also provided the defensive intensity whole through out the game.  Holding the World Cup Bound North Korea is already a big success for the Azkals , imagine a world class foot ball national team was just held to nil-nil before the half time?

Missing on the game was Stephen Shrock who was just about to fly to Nepal. Scrock, the Bundisliga veteran and the toughest wing defender of Azkals once joined Etheridge and Azkals will surely increase their Intensity and defense.

GodSpeed Azkals!

Next for Azkals is India o March 11 and against the former champion Tajikistan on March 13

FOOTBALL: Former Coach Mcmenemy praised Azkals

The Philippine Azkals received praise from their former coach for their gallant stand against AFC Challenge Cup champion North Korea on Friday.
Simon McMenemy said the Filipino squad showed improvements in its game despite its 2-0 loss to the Koreans at the Halchowk Stadium in Nepal.

“In reality, a strong result for the Azkals. This year's 2-0 loss is a 2-2 draw in two years and maybe a 2-0 win in 4 years. Onwards,” McMenemy said through his Twitter account.

The Koreans displayed better ball handling than the Nationals, but the persistent Filipinos still managed to hold the defending champions scoreless in the first half.
The speedy opposition eventually wore down the Azkals. The game ended 2-0 in favor of the Koreans.
Team captain Aly Borromeo, who stayed home due to injury, said the game actually showed that the Azkals progressed.

“We just played a World Cup team and lost only by 2 goals! We are moving forward! DPR never changed their stride going forward, they are absolute machines!” he tweeted.

Borromeo believes his teammates will fare better in their upcoming game versus former champion India.

“Strong feeling the boys will bounce back against India,” he said.  via ABS-CBNnews.com

NBA: Possible Trades before the deadline

Los Angeles Lakers big men Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol: The Lakers will likely only move Bynum in a deal for Howard, sources said. The Houston Rockets still have interest in Gasol – who they nearly acquired in the offseason – but will likely have to recruit a third team that can send a point guard to the Lakers. The Rockets have shown no inclination to move their own point guard, Kyle Lowry.

The Lakers also could target the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Ramon Sessions, Utah Jazz’s Devin Harris or Portland Trail Blazers’ Raymond Felton in potential smaller deals. The Minnesota Timberwolves have shopped forward Michael Beasley to the Lakers, among other teams.

Boston Celtics’ Big Four: The Celtics won’t trade Rajon Rondo unless they receive a superstar in return. Trading Paul Pierce also appears unlikely. Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett are in the last year of their deals, which could free up salary-cap room in the summer. But Boston could also decide to deal either for a draft pick or quality young player.

Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash: Nash will only be moved by the deadline if he asks to be traded, a source said. The All-Star, however, doesn’t appear interested in making that request. Nash is in the last year of his contract and could walk at the end of the season.

Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis: The Warriors’ preference is to include Ellis in a package for Howard. Ellis also has become more expendable because of the development of rookie Klay Thompson.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Stephen Jackson and Andrew Bogut will mostly be traded while Ersan Elyasova might be fetch by the Indiana Pacers

NBA: TOP 10 of Best and Flashiest Ball-handlers in the NBA

Surprise surprise, LBJ/King James might  not have the best crossover in league but he has the best control specially when it comes to driving the lane.

Kobe Bryant has one  the sweetest crossover in the entire league, though its already regressing as he slows down. Kobe was very memorable with some of his step back dribble and crossover plus pull-up jumper whole through out his career.

Deron Williams just proved to everybody that he is still one of the best point guard and one of the most flashiest player in NBA today as he was able to dish in double digit assist numerous times this season.

With his size advantage as he drives through the lane, he can either dish the ball without any problem or through some incredible alley-oop and pulls some killer crossover and get into the rim even in traffic.

Steve Nash has been one of the top point guards in the NBA in the past decades, Terrific Passing Skills, dribble  drive penetrations, circling out from and under the basket to find an opening or a team mate. His overall skills as a floor general made him a future hall of fame and also he was able to win 2 mvp during those stretch  of his career.

Rajon Rondo of Boston Celtics doesn't have the smoothness of a ball handler but he has the quickness and his intelligence to know  when and how to distribute the ball effectively.

His szie and quickness allows him to trick taller players whether to dish or to drive on the lane. Recently, he disshed out 20 assist together with 18 points and 17 reboudnds as the first nba to involve to at least 17 in each category since Magic Johnson did it way back1 1989.

Since Entering the NBA, Chris Paul or CP3 is touted as one of the best Court General  . His mix of speed, athleticism and high basketball IQ makes him a treat to every guard on the opposing teams. Chris Paul is averaging 9.8 assist in his entire career.

I'm sure its pretty early to adjudged Kyrie Irving, but this dude has a mad handles for his size and a great speed to out plays every defender in front of him. His uncanny mixed of Athelticsm and Mad handles helps him to average over 20+ points as a rookie this season.

In his rookie season, Ricky Rubio has already taken over the second spot for the flashiest passes, most exciting alley-oops and spectacular dribbling skills.

The Pete Marvich of the current Era, stormed out the NBA Scene this season as he produced some magical passes and untimingly alley-oop pass out of nowhere which can stun every players of the opposing teams.

Rubio's teammates in Minnesota have learned that they must be ready to receive the ball in all situations, because Rubio will always find a way to get it to them.

It seems like Rose could dribble around defenders all day without turning the ball over. The reigning NBA MVP has the quickest first step in the NBA today and also has the deadliest crossover any given opponent to guard him, his killer crossover was very evident last time out as he scored a winning jumper from an in your face cross on the dying minutes of the ball game against Brandon Jennings.

A quick first step and the ability to control the ball make Rose one of the most difficult players to guard one-on-one in the entire NBA.
