DevExpress and Telerik are some of the famous .net Tool Kit builder that offers high end type of controls from textbox , listviews,grids,ribbons and etch. Most of these developers do require a financial exchange to acquire the services of these tool kits.
Through the years of development i was able to encounter some .dll (Dynamic link library) that can be use to further enhance the GUI of our WinForms based programs .
