NBA: Possible Trades before the deadline

Los Angeles Lakers big men Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol: The Lakers will likely only move Bynum in a deal for Howard, sources said. The Houston Rockets still have interest in Gasol – who they nearly acquired in the offseason – but will likely have to recruit a third team that can send a point guard to the Lakers. The Rockets have shown no inclination to move their own point guard, Kyle Lowry.

The Lakers also could target the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Ramon Sessions, Utah Jazz’s Devin Harris or Portland Trail Blazers’ Raymond Felton in potential smaller deals. The Minnesota Timberwolves have shopped forward Michael Beasley to the Lakers, among other teams.

Boston Celtics’ Big Four: The Celtics won’t trade Rajon Rondo unless they receive a superstar in return. Trading Paul Pierce also appears unlikely. Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett are in the last year of their deals, which could free up salary-cap room in the summer. But Boston could also decide to deal either for a draft pick or quality young player.

Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash: Nash will only be moved by the deadline if he asks to be traded, a source said. The All-Star, however, doesn’t appear interested in making that request. Nash is in the last year of his contract and could walk at the end of the season.

Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis: The Warriors’ preference is to include Ellis in a package for Howard. Ellis also has become more expendable because of the development of rookie Klay Thompson.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Stephen Jackson and Andrew Bogut will mostly be traded while Ersan Elyasova might be fetch by the Indiana Pacers

Dwight Howard to Nets?

Here are some of my points to be taken by Dwight Howard if he considers New Jersey Nets to be his new team

  1. 1. Derron Williams , this guy can definitely make a compliment to Howard's game , he can take the scoring cudgels and also dish some pass to Howard.
  2. 2. Marshoon Brooks, with the emergence of this rookie, the load on DW12 will be lesser compare when he was still with Orlando where he was surrounded by middle tier scorer.
  3. 3. From New Jersey to Brooklyn Nets? new facility being founded by New Jersey Net's owner is now under construction in the New York Area of Brooklyn . a place that can draw a lot of crowds and awesome fans.
  4. 4. Salary, lets assume that B.Lopez will be traded and at least a draft pick or another player from nets, they can guarantee at a 5 year maximum contract for Dwight Howard with at least 140 million.

Deron Williams pulled off a Jordan Like Performance, will this convice DW12?

The former USA Olympian and  NBA All-Star point guard of the New Jesey Nets pulled off some tricks on his sleeves and made a testament that still he is still one the premier point guard in the NBA even with the emergence of Jeremy Lin,Ricky Rubio,Kyrie Irving and Derick Rose.

Derron Williams scattered a Career High and Franchise record of 57 points , to lead the Nets over the struggling Charlotte bobcats.

Williams scored 17 points at the half  for the nets who are also downed by 16 points .

Derron lead his team on a 3rd quarter surge as they got the lead back with a 22 points performance on that quarter, and 18 points on the fourth.

Derron williams broke his personal best of 42 which he set last April 6, 2010 while he was still in Utah Jazz.
His 57 points outburst was also the highest since  Kobe Bryant's 58 in 2006.

Unfortunately , Starting Center Brook Lopez left the game as he suffered again from a twisted ankle who already missed the first 32 games of this season after recupperating from a broken rightfoot.

Watch here how Derron Williams dropped a whooping 57 points

Dallas Mavericks Interested to get back Steve Nash

An Old buddy is knocking on Steve 's Door.

During the start of the season, Depending Champion Dallas Mavericks has  shown their  interest in acquiring both All-Star player  point guard Derron Williams and Center Dwight Howard , however if the attempts should be unsuccessful, a reunion with their  former star point guard Steve Nash is the closest thing to happen.

Steve Nash played for Dallas from 1998 to 2003 season together with Michael Finley and Dirk Nowitzki where they reached the Western Conference Finals in the 2002-2003 season.

After the 2003 -2004 season , Nash returned to the team that drafted him way back 1996 which is the Phoenix Suns.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, the Mavs could very well bring Nash, a two-time NBA MVP, back to the city where he got his start. Nash is reportedly great friends with Mavericks star forward Dirk Nowitzki, so it's likely that the interest would be mutual.

With the Phoenix suns on the rebuilding period, signing with a title contender Dallas Mavericks might be his best and  last shot to win an NBA Championship.

NBA Trade Rumor March 2012

Rajon Rondo

The Boston Celtics and maybe the their Best Player is on the trading Block , The Celtics find Rondo's personality to be too high-maintenance and his clashes with coach Doc Rivers remain an off-court distraction, sources told Broussard, and the front office is now actively pitching him to other teams. With the Celtics realizing they are no longer title contenders, they don't believe his point guard prowess is worth the headaches Rondo brings

 Michael Beastly

The former 2nd Pick overall in 2008 NBA Draft is continuously being pursue by the Los Angeles Lakers to fill their void on the wing spot .According to a league source. Beasley, a talented and athletic small forward, would fill one of the Lakers' greatest needs

Dwight Howard , Luol Deng , and Joachim Noah

The Chicago natives express their willingness to send 2 of their best players in Luol Deng and Joachim Noah to bring the Orlando Behemoth and team him up with their ace guard Derick Rose.

What's next for Dwight Howard

As early as this season, Teams already are making some drastic moves to acquire the Orlando Magic Center Dwight Howard. The Most Dominant Center of our time will be a free agent after this season and reportedly will not re-sign with the Magics after his frustration became more evident due to lack of competitiveness within the Team and Management.

“People don’t understand it because they are not the ones who have to go through it,” Howard said. “They only see it from one side. But it is tough. It’s been tough all year. But that’s not a point of discussion for me, especially for me this weekend(referring to the All-Star Weekend)".

At the start of the Season, Dwight Howard was reportedly being pursuit by the New Jersey Nets and Derron Williams in exchange for Brook Lopez and a draft pick but did not push through due to some misunderstanding between the the Orlando Magics and New Jersey Nets Management.

Interested Teams

NEW JERSEY NETS

Derron Williams and the Nets are pursuing Dwight Howard since the start of the tournament, to the Fact that he is interested on having an All-Star center and vice versa having Dwight Howard interested on having an All-Star Guard. With the Salary Cap Space for the Nets being trimmed down as the season goes , it will only give a further assurance that they will be able to bring to the table what ever the big guy wants.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS

The Trade erupted when Bynum's health was questioned by the Team and the Management. The Initial offer was to send Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol to the Magics in exchange for Howard and a draft pick. The issue also brought back the same scenery when Shaquille O'neal was traded to the Lakers who has  the same stature as Dwight Howard before. Both coming from High School and tagged as the Most Dominant Center on their Era that were also pick as the first overall by the same team, Orlando Magics.  According to some personal interviews to Dwight Howard, he doesn't want to follow the route of Shaquille O'neal  to further avoid the comparison that may occur in the future.

DALLAS MAVERICSK

Mark Cuban's team came into the mix as he was reportedly pursuing the Big man and Derron Williams by trading Shawn Marion and they had started already to axed  some of their players to increase their Cap space.

NEW YORK KNICKS

The Dwight Howard trade was reportedly being eyed by the organization to create another BIG 3 compose of Carmelo Anthony, Amare Stoudemire and Dwight Howard to contest the Miami Heat's Big 3. Which is a long catch since the cap space for the knicks is almost over the limit upon the acquisition off Tyson Chandler.
