NBA: Dwayne Wade injured in Miami's 108-78 win over the New Jersey Nets

Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat suffered from a tweaked right ankle just before the half time against the New Jersey Nets were they lead by 27 points. 

According to Ira Winderman of South Florida Sun Sentinel , Wades injury is not that bad and may be back after after a week .

Barako Bulls taps NBA Veteran Rodney White

Rodney White was drafted by the Detroit Pistons with the 9th Overall Pick of the 001 NBA Draft. Depsite his disposition as top 10 draftee, he was only manage to average 3.5 points in 8.1 minutes in only 16 games of his rookie season. 

White already played on some of the top Basketball Association in Asia from China and Korea. Rodney White averages 19.5 points 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 assist for 32 games while playing in Korea while he managed to increased his stock with a 20 points 7.3 rebounds  and 3 assist per ball game. 

Rodney White is set to replace another fellow NBA Bust hehehehe Dermarr Johnson after suffering from a groin injury last time out .

Brook Lopez toyed the Dallas Mavericks with 38 points

After being injured for almost the entire first half of the season due to his broken foot, The 7-foot center finally played his usual monster game after the All-Star Break.

Lopez scored 38 points including the game winning free throws with 42 seconds left to finally overcome  with a 93-82 victory over the defending champions last Tuesday night.

The 38 points was the most against the Mavericks since LEbron James scored 37 in the season opener ob Christmas day. 

Anthony Morrow had 15 points  while Deron williams contributed 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Nowtizki had 24 points despite shooting 7 of 19 from the field , Brendan Haywood scored 18 points and grabbed 10 carroms.

Wilson Chandler in dilemma

    Wilson Chandler who just returned after playing in China for Zhejiang Lions was already given a FIBA Clearance . Chandler averages 26.6 points and 11.6 rebounds per game during his stint on Chinese Basketball ASsociation  and now a restricted free agent in the NBA.The restricted free agent forward has till Thursday to receive an offer sheet from another team and then the Denver Nuggets would be given the chance to match it unless a team will only offer a 1 year contract an option to play for Italy can be consider according to his agent Chris Luchey. 

   Wilson Chandler was taken 23rd overall by the New York Knicks last 2007 draft  were he blossomed into an all around performer as he developed his mid range js and 3 point shooting . He was traded on 2011 along side Raymond Felton and Danillo Gallinari in exchange for star player Carmelo Anthony and a draft pick .

2 New Team set to join PBA D-League

   2 New Teams is set to join the Philippine Basketball Developmental League's Foundation Cup which is set to begin on March 13. 

Alvin Pua will call the shots for the Cagayan base team while Cebuano hotshot Yong Garcia is set to handle the Erase Plantcenta

Erase Plantcenta and the Cagayan Rising Suns are the latest teams to compete against the reigning PBA D-League Champion NLEX Road Warriors, Big Chill,Cafe France,Black Water,Pacific Pipes,Cebuana Lhullier,Boracy Rum,PC Gilmore,Cobra Energy Drink and Dub Unlimited. 

The ASpirants Cup will start with a bang as the Depending Champion NLEX will open its title defense against the big Chill , the first game will pit Blackwater versus the Pacific Pipes of Pido Jarencio.

What's next for Dwight Howard

         As early as this season, Teams already are making some drastic moves to acquire the Orlando Magic Center Dwight Howard. The Most Dominant Center of our time will be a free agent after this season and reportedly will not re-sign with the Magics after his frustration became more evident due to lack of competitiveness within the Team and Management. 

“People don’t understand it because they are not the ones who have to go through it,” Howard said. “They only see it from one side. But it is tough. It’s been tough all year. But that’s not a point of discussion for me, especially for me this weekend(referring to the All-Star Weekend)".

   At the start of the Season, Dwight Howard was reportedly being pursuit by the New Jersey Nets and Derron Williams in exchange for Brook Lopez and a draft pick but did not push through due to some misunderstanding between the the Orlando Magics and New Jersey Nets Management.

     Derron Williams and the Nets are pursuing Dwight Howard since the start of the tournament, to the Fact that he is interested on having an All-Star center and vice versa having Dwight Howard interested on having an All-Star Guard. With the Salary Cap Space for the Nets being trimmed down as the season goes , it will only give a further assurance that they will be able to bring to the table what ever the big guy wants. 

LOS ANGELES LAKERS

    

    The Trade erupted when Bynum's health was questioned by the Team and the Management. The Initial offer was to send Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol to the Magics in exchange for Howard and a draft pick. The issue also brought back the same scenery when Shaquille O'neal was traded to the Lakers who has  the same stature as Dwight Howard before. Both coming from High School and tagged as the Most Dominant Center on their Era that were also pick as the first overall by the same team, Orlando Magics.  According to some personal interviews to Dwight Howard, he doesn't want to follow the route of Shaquille O'neal  to further avoid the comparison that may occur in the future. 

DALLAS MAVERICSK

    Mark Cuban's team came into the mix as he was reportedly pursuing the Big man and Derron Williams by trading Shawn Marion and they had started already to axed  some of their players to increase their Cap space. 

NEW YORK KNICKS

     The Dwight Howard trade was reportedly being eyed by the organization to create another BIG 3 compose of Carmelo Anthony, Amare Stoudemire and Dwight Howard to contest the Miami Heat's Big 3. Which is a long catch since the cap space for the knicks is almost over the limit upon the acquisition off Tyson Chandler.
