i encounter this error upon installation of this VS2008, at first it was pretty slow then all of a sudden, an error pop-up telling me to close or stop this Machine Debug Manager.
How did i locate this ?
1. Got Task Manager
2. Select the Processes Tab
3. look for MDM.exe
4. Right Click and select Stop Services.
5. Re-Run the Installation and cheers!.
