The local assembly which is held at St. Mary's Island (on the western coast of Karnataka) India became famous not because of its drastic move for further government terms but due to a local minister that was caught live watching a porn flick.
The said minister also had some cohorts which has portfolio of women and child development which is pretty unconventional since they are tagged as one of the most formal and religions people in the world .
