FOOTBALL: Barhain's 10-0 over Indonesia controversy

In a 10-0 of Bahrain win over Indonesia for the World Cup Qualifier yesterday March 1, 2012 was covered with controversy after an alleged Conspiracy that was set by the Indonesian team to allow the Bahrain's club to advance .

Bahrain needed a nine-goal win in Asian Group E Match together with the defeat of Qatar in Iran to progress into the next stage of the Region's World Cup qualification competition.

Indonesia suspended some of its top players by the Indonesian Football Federation  for taking part in the Indonesian Super League(ISL). According to FIFA's records, the two sides had met six times before with two wins apiece and two draws. Bahrain had not previously won by more than two goals.

An Alleged conspiracy was  set by  Djohar Arifin Husin to the Bahrain's football committee which might have supported him during the FA election last year. Djohar Arifin Husin was former secretary-general of the Indonesian Sports Committee, was elected head of the FA (PSSI) last year, defeating two other candidates in elections ordered by FIFA.
