IP E-Games(E-Games) now under Level Up!Inc. (LUI)

 E-games which was owned by IP Ventures Group Corp. (IPVG), a Filipino owned technology conglomerate that was one of the main establisher of Online Gaming in the philippines had finally came to a decision to finally dropped the Gaming-Publishing industry, However, E-Games announced that it would begin venturing in the food and beverage, entertainment and hospitality businesses, on top of its current portfolio of offerings.

E-games was known to produced incredible and long running MMORPG such as RAN ONLINE and CABAL ONLINE which both had a remarkable growth through these years and still has a huge number of active gamers. 

Different sentiments were gathered after the news were announced 

“I’ve played Level Up’s games before, and I don’t like the way they treat their customers,” he said in the vernacular.

“Plus their games have bots, which is why Ragnarok Online is not so fun to play anymore.” according to the 23-year Cabal Gamer.

“Kahit kaming mga FM (Forum Moderators), gulat na rin kasi di namin naasahan na mangyayari itong merger (Even us (FM) were surprised because we didn’t see this coming),” from one of the game moderator.

Honestly E-games does have an edge for older gamer unlike to the Level-up gamers mostly composed of teens and young ones since most of their games are cartooned themed unlike to E-games who has some mature content. The Merger might affect the current status of gamers since most of them are not in favor of level-up due to their BOTs and Payable Cards.

 Level-up  is the first online game publisher for the Philippines. They were the first to introduce Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Games (MMORPGs) to the country, importing games originated in other countries such as Korea, and allowing Philippine gamers to interact in an online environment. Which introduced Ragnarok way back 2002 and became the  best ever Online Game that ever step on our PC until today. It was also able to garner around 2million players around the country which is the highest of all time.
