Muhammad Ali's Boxing gloves auctioned by $1,100,000

The Legendary Boxer ended his  70th Birthday Celebration with a bang! After his reported Boxing Gloves worn during his bout with Floyd Patterson way back 1965 was bought by UFC Co-Owner Lorenzo Fertitta.

Fertitta originally was already declared as the winner of the bid with a whopping $750,000, A few minutes later, the bidding war had begun after the 69-years-old NFL Owner of the Dallas Cowboys' Jerry Jones bid with $1 million which is also an avid fan of boxing who also brought some mega-fights to his massive Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Late Sunday Nigh as reported by the USA Today's Jon saraceno reported on twitter that the $1 million bid was outmanuever by the UFC's Co-Owner once again  with a remarkable $1,100,000.

Though it seems that the $1,100,000 for only a boxing gloves from a legend was overated, the good thing here is that the money that was raised will be donate to Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and the Muhammad Ali Center.
