Earthquakes hit Negros and Samar



    The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) released a report that a tectonic plate movement was first recorded with a maginuted 4.0 record in Negros at 5:04 p.m, the epicenter was traced to 9 km southwest of Canlaon City in Negros Oriental. While the second hit was recorded with an epicenter at 67 km southeast Borongan, Eastern Samar. 

    As of now, causalities and damage property was still unknown. Last February 6, a massive 6.9 magnitude earthquake did hit the visayas region and davao region which claimed hundreds of lives and millions of destroyed properties. 

    The Earthquake last February 6 and Today's earthquake were because of the movement within the Negros Trench through the Cotabato's Trench.
